QR Legends, including all software, designs, code, trademarks, features, ideas, business methods, and content, is the sole property of Brandon Evanshine (Evanshine International). You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal/business use only. Copying, reverse-engineering, redistributing, or attempting to replicate QR Legends is strictly prohibited. Any infringement will result in legal action, damages, and potential statutory penalties.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to, under any circumstances:

• Copy, modify, or create competing products.
• Hack, exploit, or bypass security features.
• Share, resell, or sublicense QR Legends to third parties.
• Use QR Legends for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees

QR Legends is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation. We are NOT liable for any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or damages of any kind arising from use or inability to use QR Legends.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Legends, its owner(s), affiliates, contractors, and partners are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QR Legends, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of QR Legends.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any legal dispute caused by your actions using QR Legends.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, without notice or refund, for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Users have no ownership rights to QR Legends or its code, brand, or ideas. Any attempt to claim, register, or misuse our IP will result in legal enforcement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio courts.

9. Changes to Terms

QR Legends may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
